Reporter: Susan Wood

SUSD governing board – Mike Sharkey, Matt Pittinsky and Donna Lewis – voted to spend $674,000 on social sciences curriculum that promotes the ideas that:

  • America is systemically racist
  • Law enforcement officers are inherently bad people
  • Gender is a choice
  • Communism is A-OK
  • Climate change is settled science
  • Republicans suppress minority votes
  • People who don’t quarantine are ignorant
  • NGOs are good
  • And more.
